Vietnam Airlines Expands Flights from Paris CDG to Ho Chi Minh City
Vietnam Airlines is adding a weekly flight between Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City and Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris, bringing the total number of flights to five per week.
An Airbus A350, with a capacity of up to 305 passengers across three travel classes, will operate this additional flight on Mondays departing from Vietnam and Tuesdays departing from France.
On the outbound journey, the flight will depart from Paris CDG at 13:35 (local time) and arrive in Ho Chi Minh City at 6:55 (local time) the following day. On the return leg, the aircraft will depart from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City at 23:10 (local time) and land at Paris CDG at 7:40 (local time) the next day.
Vietnam Airlines currently offers a daily flight to Hanoi and up to 4 flights per week to Ho Chi Minh City with connections to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and many other Asian countries. The airline also serves 22 domestic destinations, connecting major Vietnamese cities to Europe.
As a reminder, starting from August 15, 2023, the period during which tourists can stay in Vietnam without requiring a visa has been extended from 15 to 45 days. The Vietnamese government has increased the duration of visa-free temporary stays for citizens of 13 countries, including France. This change offers travelers heading to Vietnam more time to explore the country.
