Cannes, France, September 19, 2023 - SACS Tecnorib has chosen the prestigious Cannes Yachting Festival, Europe's foremost nautical event scheduled from September 12th to 17th, to showcase an impressive lineup. The Cannes event marks the debut of the entire PIRELLI-branded walkaround speedboats line, ranging from the entry-level PIRELLI 30 to the flagship PIRELLI 50, including the innovative PIRELLI 42 and the stylish PIRELLI 35. Additionally, it includes the world premiere presentation of the highly anticipated SACS Rebel 50 G, alongside the popular Rebel 47 and Rebel 55 models.
Designed by the skilled hand of Ted Mannerfelt, the PIRELLI 30, 35, 42, and 50 models boast clean and linear designs. These boats are engineered to deliver exhilarating performance, exceptional design, and a sporty spirit – all qualities that have long defined the PIRELLI brand. Moreover, they provide stable, safe, and comfortable cruising, thanks to the walkaround configuration, which enables freedom of movement, generous sunbathing areas, and relaxation zones. Owners can tailor the engine to their specific needs, and the double-redan planing hulls, conceived by legendary powerboat designer Ocke Mannerfelt, ensure outstanding performance.
At the same exhibition stand, SACS presents the Strider 11, 13, and 15 from their established range, characterized by a blend of classic rib sportiness and high-level comfort. All models are available for sea trials by appointment.
The world premiere of the highly anticipated Rebel 50 G takes center stage at Quai Saint Pierre. Positioned between the 47 and 55 feet models, this vessel strikes an ideal balance between comfort and maneuverability. It represents an unconventional boat bridging the classic rib and cruiser markets. The transition is emphasized by the design conceived by Christian Grande, featuring tapered foam profiles for safety during mooring and a touch of sportiness that complements the sleek side profile.
The partially enclosed deck lounge facilitates comfortable multi-day cruising, while the walkaround configuration and spacious aft and forward sunbeds enhance sociability.
Below deck, the large forward master cabin and the comfortable midship VIP cabin provide ample space and privacy.
Alongside the Rebel 50 G, the Rebel 55 also makes an appearance, measuring 17.30 meters in overall length. This model exudes conviviality with abundant outdoor space and a comfortable layout housing two double cabins and a dinette. The engine choice can be customized according to the owner's preferences, with maximum power enabling speeds of up to 50 knots.
The redesigned Rebel 47 by Christian Grande, featuring slimmer tubes and offering a modern luxury cruiser design, completes the showcase. The exterior layout emphasizes sportiness and safety, hallmarks of the Rebel line, while the interior design draws inspiration from larger vessels. The lower deck accommodates two double cabins with Super Queen Size double beds, a two-seater sofa, and a bookcase.
