Phone Call Between Qatari and Japanese Foreign Ministers on Regional Concerns

The State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received a phone call from the Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs on October 12 in Doha. Today, His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Khulaifi received a phone call from Her Excellency Ms. Yuko Kamikawa, the Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs.

During the call, the cooperative relations between the two countries were discussed, and the current situation in the Palestinian territories and Israel was examined.

Throughout the conversation, His Excellency expressed the State of Qatar's deep concern over the escalation of violence, emphasizing the need for concerted regional and international efforts to de-escalate and spare civilians from the consequences of the clashes.
