CBRE Unveils Ambitious Vision for Rhein-Ruhr-Zentrum's Retail Evolution: In the wake of its recent acquisition by Eurofund Group and Signal Capital Partners, the Rhein-Ruhr-Centre is set to undergo a bold transformation, ushering in a new era of retail excellence. CBRE Retail Consulting, formerly Prime Consulting GmbH, will take the helm in managing and marketing the Rhein-Ruhr-Zentrum (RRZ) in Mülheim from early 2024, as CBRE aims to redefine the space into an immersive "shopping resort."

Düsseldorf-based CBRE Retail Consulting, boasting over three decades of expertise in leasing, consulting, and managing shopping centers and retail parks, emerges as the catalyst for this retail evolution. The acquisition of Prime Consulting from CEO and owner Alastair Green marks a strategic move to enhance CBRE's influence in the dynamic German retail sector.

Having previously collaborated on successful projects like Puerto Venecia in Spain and UBBO in Portugal, Eurofund Group and CBRE are set to introduce the groundbreaking 'Shopping Resort' concept to Germany through the Rhein-Ruhr Zentrum. This innovative concept promises to seamlessly blend premier retail offerings, inviting public spaces, and family-centric leisure activities.
