Air France Partners with Alltheway for Baggage Drop-off Services in Paris

Air France Partners with Alltheway for Baggage Drop-off Services in Paris

Air France has entered into a partnership with Alltheway to offer its customers the convenience of dropping off and checking in their luggage in the heart of Paris or the Parisian suburbs before arriving at the airport.

This optional service is made possible through the expertise of Alltheway, an innovative startup specializing in travel and mobility. It is currently available at eight partner locations, including five ACCOR hotels in the city center: Novotel Tour Eiffel, Mercure Tour Eiffel, Novotel Les Halles, Mercure Montparnasse, and Pullman Bercy.

Baggage drop-off services are also provided at major exhibition venues during significant events such as Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Parc des Expositions Villepinte, and Palais des Congrès. Additional baggage drop-off points will soon be available in Paris.

Alltheway collects passengers' baggage* as close to them as possible and delivers it directly to the airline at the airport. Ensuring security throughout the process, the luggage is then loaded onto the customers' flights.

From their Alltheway client portal, travelers can track the progress of their luggage to the airport and all the way to their destination using Air France's baggage tracking feature in the app.

This service is available from 30 hours before departure and up to 4 hours before the flight's departure, depending on the baggage drop-off locations. The cost is €25 for one piece of luggage and €10 for each additional piece. It is available on all Air France-operated flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle**. The airline also plans to expand this service for its flights departing from Paris-Orly and is working on providing a baggage check-in and delivery service for both departure and arrival in Paris and the Parisian suburbs.

*subject to the customer's baggage allowance and excluding special-sized items (strollers, golf bags, etc.) and animal transport cages in the hold.
