Political Consultations Between Qatar and Colombia: Strengthening Bilateral Ties
BOGOTA, October 20 - Today marked the commencement of the first round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Colombia, held in the Colombian capital, Bogota.
Chaired by Qatar's side was His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al-Hammadi, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while Colombia was represented by His Excellency Mr. Francisco Jose Cuellar Cuellar, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
During these consultations, both delegations engaged in a comprehensive review of the bilateral cooperation between the two nations and explored avenues for further support and enhancement.
Accompanying the discussions were His Excellency Mr. Issa bin Jaber Al-Kuwari, Qatar's Ambassador to the Republic of Colombia, and His Excellency Mr. Al-Muhannad bin Ali Al-Hammadi, the Director of American Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with their respective accompanying delegations.
This inaugural round of political consultations signifies an important step in fostering stronger diplomatic relations and expanding collaboration between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Colombia. Both nations remain committed to nurturing their ties and exploring opportunities for mutual growth and cooperation.
