In the morning, the "One and One Make Three" competition showcased the inventive spirit of participants, observed closely by ambassador Philippe Joannes, a discerning member of the jury. This competition, seamlessly blending creativity with a commitment to reducing waste, provided a captivating spectacle for onlookers.

Throughout the day, artisan bakers and pastry chefs demonstrated their culinary prowess in an exceptional showcase: an ambitious attempt to break the world record for the largest "pain bagnat" – a testament to their ingenuity and unwavering passion for their craft, guided by the insightful leadership of the Federation of Bakery and Pastry of 06, under the direction of Mr. Gilles Dutto.

Over at booth B41, members of the International-Club Les Toques Blanches treated visitors to an unparalleled display of talent. The menu featured dishes that were both exquisite and surprising, leaving a lasting impression on even the most discerning palates.

In the VIP area, chefs continued to dazzle guests with unique and refined creations. A new gastronomic experience was exclusively unveiled, eliciting enthusiasm from connoisseurs of high gastronomy in attendance.
