The celebrated Battle of Flowers in Villefranche-sur-Mer once again captivated spectators who flocked in droves to witness this traditional, amicable, and remarkably tranquil event: the Floral Naval Combat. The docks and surrounding areas teemed with people, all eagerly anticipating this unique spectacle where tons of mimosa flowers take center stage, boasting no less than 1 ton and 200 kilograms of this emblematic bloom to delight the senses.
This year, the event saw the noteworthy participation of two esteemed Saint-Jeannois vessels: the Santo Sospir from the SOS Grand Bleu association and the fishing boat belonging to our esteemed friend and municipal councilor from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Arnaud ALLARI! These local representatives brought their fervor and dedication to ensure this battle would be an unforgettable affair.
