ROSHN is a real estate development group, one of the Saudi Public Investment Fund’s giga projects, was initiated to develop the Kingdom’s urban landscape, create an urban experience, and sustainable urban areas and resources. ROSHN works to enhance the quality of life in the Kingdom through planning and developing diverse, inclusive, and sustainable residential real estate and communities that invest in Saudi Arabia’s cultural and residential heritage by creating a comprehensive and authentic real estate experience based on the diverse cultural and architectural depth of the Kingdom’s regions.

We have over come the challenges through dedication, working collectively, and having the best local and global talents and expertise. Also work with the supply chain to overcome these challenges and achieve optimal results.

We engage with our people through out the phases of the development to get their insights. We of course do the same with our supply chain the ensure that we help them through their challenges.
